Asking the Right questions for agility

Even in agile teams, the flow of work can get stopped. Often this is not because the work cannot flow. Rather, we have asked the wrong question about the flow of the work. Questions like ’ Can I proceed without … ?’ usually beget answers that freeze the flow, rather than divert it into parallel tracks. Agile is a mindset. Adopting it should also turn our questions towards ‘How can I proceed while waiting for …?’. These questions will help our value may continually flow to the user.
